In Psychosynthesis Counselling, symptoms like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, boredom, amongst others, are seen as stepping stones to wholeness, rather than something to be eliminated. They can be understood as your inner wisdom telling you where to focus, in order to get to where it feels right to be. Psychosynthesis aims for the harmonious integration of all parts of our being and this is done by listening, being present in an open and non-judgemental way and by working in a holistic way that includes body, mind and feelings.
